These beans are from Jennifer Pohlenz de Vilareal who serves as the manager of Finca La Chilana in El Triunfo, Chiapas, Mexico, in the Sierra Madre Occidental. Her family has been working in the coffee industry for more than a century, managing this particular farm since 1978. They are committed to environmental stewardship and sustainable coffee farming with a passion.
